Winter Chair Exercise Class – 1pm
We’ll be offering our Chair Exercise Class twice a week starting on Monday, January 5, 2026. Join us on Mondays and Thursdays at 1:00-1:30 p.m. for a video class. No registration required, and no fee.
Chair exercise classes offer seated strength, flexibility, and cardio workouts, improving mobility and well-being Our video class focuses on gentle movements like bicep curls, leg extensions, and stretches for all fitness levels, even those with mobility issues. These classes build strength, improve balance, and reduce stiffness, making fitness accessible and enjoyable.
